Terms of Service

1. These terms and conditions apply to an individual (customer), intending to buy or sell bitcoins on bitcoincambodia.com (us).
2. The customer must be the owner or the trustee of the money, which he or she is intending to transfer.
3. Once the exchange transaction has been initialized, the customer may not cancel or change this transaction.
4. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide valid exchange transaction data (e.g. valid amount, bitcoin address or phone number). We are not responsible for any loss of funds resulting in incorrect transaction data having been entered by the customer.
5. We guarantee to process all transactions within 24 hours.
6. All payments must be cleared in full, including any transaction fees before we process the exchange transaction.
7. Due to the nature our services being hosted on the Internet, we are sometimes subject to outages which are out of our control. In the case of such an outage, we will do our best to ensure a timely and efficient service is rendered.
8. We have the right to refuse/decline any transaction without notice.
